Subject: MD-715 Desired Practices (formerly called Guidelines)
Attached is a copy of the
MD-715 Desired Practices (formerly
called Guidelines) for your information. At the end of November,
a summary of the MD-715 project was presented to the Management
Team. My plan is to share this information
with employees at a future Procurement Training Forum.
In general, the post-survey
results were more positive than the pre-survey results. There
is still work to be done, but we are making progress.
Next steps will be shared in
February.
In the meantime, please review
the "Desired Practices", continue to practice and observe
others. Thank-you for your efforts in creating "an organizational
culture that is open, inclusive and transparent and is readily perceived
as equitable by all Code 210 employees irrespective of race or national
origin".
